Discover tranquility and restoration in this gentle yoga class designed for all bodies and experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a relaxing complement to a more active lifestyle, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
We will focus on cultivating mindfulness through a slow, deliberate flow of movement, connecting breath to gentle poses. The practice emphasizes alignment, stability, and ease rather than strenuous effort. Expect to explore seated and standing postures designed to gently increase flexibility, release tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips, and calm the nervous system.
The session will conclude with a guided relaxation in Savasana (final resting pose), leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.

Begin your day in a space dedicated to creation and peace.
Mindful Art Sessions celebrate the act of art making as a healing and restorative practice. Each session will feature a quote or idea as a centering point, as well as a short demonstration of a unique meditative art practice. We will explore a variety of art mediums through the lens of mindfulness. Participants may choose to request more help with technique or work quietly on their own. Art practices will draw inspiration from principles of art therapy, taoism, visualization and the science of mindfulness.
